From A Distant Star – Karen McQuestion

The more I read Karen Mcquestion’s young adult novels, the more I fall in love with her writing. I admire her creativity and writing style. “From A Distant Star” is a stand alone young adult novel with sci-fi elements. Not for the faint of heart this novel discusses terminal illness, death, aliens and adolescent issues. I enjoyed the sci-fi elements to this novel as well as the love story, both of which kept me wanting to read more! I highly recommend this novel. If you have not read books by Karen McQuestion, “From a Distant Star” is a good book to start on.
